Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- The product was wrongly shipped
Please provide a video and images for the same. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Process
- Email us at info@wangwanbharat.com with your order number, video and photo of the issue, and your concern.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and initiate a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened balm, oil, or inhaler products are non-returnable.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds, once approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
